Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says no one in government can say if five senators who voted with Pauline Hanson’s Bill to end vaccine mandates will follow through with not supporting other legislation.

“So a vote today where five Coalition Senators voted with Pauline Hanson’s Bill to end vaccine mandates,” Mr Clennell said.

“Liberals Gerard Rennick, Alex Antic, Connie Fierravanti-Wells, National Matt Canavan, LNP Senator Sam McMahon. “It seems allowing a vote on this Bill was a sop to these Senators, with Rennick and Antic threatening, if vaccine mandates do not end, to not support the federal government in the Senate on any legislation.

“No-one in the government can say if they will carry through with this threat or not.”
