The left from President Joe Biden down believes there should be a “two-tiered justice system” and the “tantrums” in the wake of Kyle Rittenhouse’s verdict say it all, according to Sky News host James Morrow.
His remarks come after Mr Rittenhouse was cleared of all charges following last year’s deadly shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, during Black Lives Matter protests.
Mr Morrow described the jury’s decision as a “fantastic result” to everyone except the left which “produced some of the very worst takes possible”.
“From Joe Biden on down, they believe that there should be a two-tiered justice system,” Mr Morrow said.
“One that allows people with the correct, approved views and causes to run riot, burn buildings, destroy suburbs, and even kill people with impunity but which also comes down hard on anyone who tries to stop it.
“Think I’m kidding? The reactions – or should I say the tantrums – of the left in the wake of the verdict said it all.”
Mr Morrow said President Biden, or someone acting for him, put out a statement after the verdict which said: “While the verdict in Kenosha will leave many Americans feeling angry and concerned, myself included, we must acknowledge that the jury has spoken.”
“The system worked. That is not something that the commander in chief should be angry about – if he does think it worthwhile to weigh in on a local criminal trial, the least he could do is, you know, support the very processes he took an oath to uphold,” Mr Morrow said.
“This is of course the same sponge-brained president who called Rittenhouse a white supremacist even though his three assailants were also white, so maybe we can add colour blindness to his list of disabilities.
“Recall that last year Joe Biden, as cities were burning all across the country thanks to Antifa and the group I like to call Black Lives Matter but black businesses don’t, tried to make Rittenhouse a campaign issue, again smearing him as a white supremacist.
“But it gets worse.”
