Venture Minerals Managing Director Andrew Radonjic says the company has been dealt a financial blow by activists from the Bob Brown Foundation.

Venture Minerals is seeking $100,000 in damages from the Bob Brown Foundation as activists have continued blocking roads and operation at an iron ore mine in Tasmania – owned by Venture Minerals.

“We do respect the Bob Brown Foundation in terms of being able to protest, but it has to be done lawfully,” Mr Radonjic told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“We believe that the company has been dealt a financial blow or loss from these activities.”
