The new round of restriction relief for fully vaccinated NSW residents has been brought forward from the original December 1 date to next Monday.

There now will be no limit on visitors in homes and no restrictions for outdoor gatherings with fewer than 1,000 people.

Hospitality venues can host more diners with one person per two square metres density rules.

Stadiums, racecourses, cinemas and theatres will all return to full capacity from next Monday.

Dancing will return to nightclubs and indoor swimming pools will open for all purposes.

However, some restrictions will remain for now.

Gym classes will still be capped at 20 people per class and the current mask rules will also remain until either December 15 or when the state reaches the 95 per cent double dose mark.

Unvaccinated residents will also be granted freedoms on December 15 or when the state reaches the 95 per cent target.
