The NRL have confirmed the Redcliffe Dolphins will join the NRL competition in 2023.

With $70 million in assets and another $20 million in the bank – money talked for the Dolphins.

Sky News Australia discussed the news with CEO of the Redcliffe Dolphins – Tony Murphy.

When asked about a ‘Dolphin’ being the logo of the rugby league team – Mr Murphy said the aim was not to come across as “vicious”.

“It resonates very very good with nearly everybody,” he told Sky News Australia.

“We don’t really want to be seen as a vicious sort of logo.”
