The Institute of Public Affairs’ Gideon Rozner says the Morrison government needs to ensure free speech on university campuses is “absolutely sacrosanct”.

“Students and staff can be hounded out for saying the wrong thing,” Mr Rozner told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“If the taxpayer is going to give billions of dollars, year on year, to these public squares of higher learning – we deserve as taxpayers to know those organisations and those institutions are operating correctly.”
