Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says the state will revert back to stage three level of restrictions, an easing of COVID measures due to zero cases being recorded.
Pubs, clubs, and cafes can have double the number of patrons, one person per two square metres, dancing is back, 100 people will be able to visit an individual’s home, and people are able to visit aged care and hospital facilities.
“There are still some restrictions that we need to do and the first thing, of course, is use that check-in app,” Ms Palaszczuk said.
“And then secondly, it is in relation to masks, so if people can just generally follow these principals, so where you can’t socially distance indoors, where a mask.”
It comes as the Sunshine state reached 68.78 per cent vaccination rate after administering 18,776 vaccines in the past 24 hours.
