Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has fronted the media amid revelations of a probe into his dealings with the firefighters’ union.
According to the Herald Sun, IBAC – Victoria’s anti-corruption watchdog – is investigating the Andrews government over its dealings with the United Firefighters Union.
“If you want to know what’s going on at IBAC – who they’re talking to and what they’re talking to them about – then you should go and have a chat to IBAC,” Mr Andrews told the media.
“I’m not in a position … to be providing any other answer.
“And as for standards and who said what, you can make your own judgements about that, I behave appropriately at all times.”
