NSW Labor Leader Chris Minns says Labor won’t be pulling any “parliamentary shenanigans” in the wake of Gladys Berejiklian’s resignation, as the “stakes couldn’t be higher” in the state at present.

“I’ll say to the new premier, whomever that is, we won’t be moving no confidence motions, we won’t be playing any parliamentary shenanigans,” Mr Minns told Sky News Australia.

“Literally the stakes couldn’t be higher – 173,000 people in New South Wales lost their job last month and that should be the job that we’re focusing on over the next couple of weeks.”
