The Australian’s National Editor Dennis Shanahan says the Labor Party is not picking up the “disaffected” voters from the Liberal Party, with an increasingly large group indicating they will vote for fringe parties.

The most recent Newspoll revealed 26 per cent of voters are not planning to vote for either of the two major parties and 13 per cent are planning to vote for fringe parties as opposed to One Nation or the Greens.

“The loss of the Coalition vote is not going to Labor,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
