Victorian Health Minister Martin Foley says 40,811 COVID-19 vaccines were administered through state-run clinics yesterday.

Mr Foley said the figures had shown there was a “very strong appetite for Victorians to go out there and get vaccinated”.

“Because they know it’s both the pathway to delivering on our roadmap, but it’s the pathway to getting to the other side of this pandemic,” Mr Foley said in a media conference on Tuesday.
