NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro has announced a further 12 regional and rural LGAs will have their lockdown restrictions lifted.
He said on a “weekly basis” authorities are evaluating regional and rural LGAs and whether they are able to come out of lockdown.
He said LGAs which will have lifted restrictions include these areas include Bega Valley, Blayney, Bogan, Cabonne, Dungog, Forbes, Muswellbrook, Narrabri, Parkes, Singleton, Snowy Monaro and the Upper Hunter Shire LGAs.
“Today, good news for those communities. But my message is simple: remain vigilant, get tested if you have an onset of symptoms,” he said.
