NSW Health Minister Brad says in the 24 hours to 8pm last night, the state recorded 1,351 locally acquired cases of COVID-19.
Mr Hazzard urged NSW residents if they have symptoms to come forward and get tested immediately.
“There were 129,266 tests to 8:00pm last night,” Mr Hazzard said at a media conference on Thursday.
“I would encourage the community to continue to get tested with any symptoms whatsoever. Health needs that
information in order to be able to make the decisions that are undertaken to keep us safe.”
Mr Hazzard also said, sadly, the state recorded another 12 COVID-related deaths.
