ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr says there are currently 13 people hospitalised with COVID-19 in the territory.
Mr Barr said three people remain in intensive care.
“There were 3,061 tests conducted in the ACT yesterday,” he said during a media conference on Tuesday.
“We need these testing numbers to continue to stay about 3,000 in order to have effective surveillance of where the virus is in our community.”
On Tuesday it was announced there were 13 new local COVID-19 cases in the ACT.
