Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan says the state government will be sending 260,000 N95 masks to New South Wales “to help their hospital system”.
“We currently have people, contact tracers, working full-time on assisting New South Wales,” Mr McGowan said.
He said around 50 staff are “working around the clock” to assist the state.
“We also have some medical professionals in western New South Wales, particularly the outbreak in Wilcannia, who are assisting out there as we speak.
“So, we’re doing all we can to assist New South Wales during their time of need.”
