Restrictions have eased across South East Queensland after no new community cases were recorded in the past 24 hours.

Under the new restrictions up to 100 people can gather at homes, 200 people can attend weddings and funerals, and restaurants can cater to one person per two square metres.

Dancing has returned to pubs and clubs and sports games can have full stadium capacity but the mask mandate remains in place.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has said the mask mandate will be reviewed in a fortnight.
