The death toll from the terror attack at Kabul’s crowded international airport has risen to at least 95, with hundreds more injured.

Pentagon officials have revealed the ISIS-K assault was carried out by a single suicide bomber outside the Abbey Gate at the airport and there was no second bomb at the Baron Hotel as was initially thought.

The Pentagon also confirmed United States-led evacuations will continue until the deadline on August 31 but more attacks are expected.

Officials believe the biggest threat to airport are rocket attacks or car bombs.
