NSW Transport Minister Andrew Constance says the state has the ambition of “leading the country” out of COVID-19.

“We want to be able to show everybody how we can do it,” Mr Constance told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“And that does mean a staggered approach to how we open up industries, how we open up schools.

“We’ve got to give a bit of hope, which is what the Premier did today in terms of saying to those who are vaccinated, you will be able to go and see loved ones outside.”
